In purchasing this Equipment, Buyer agrees to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS: 1. Buyer is purchasing the Equipment for his or her personal use and for use by any household member of his or her family. Buyer will not use or permit the use of the Equipment for any commercial or public purpose. For the purpose of this Agreement the term "Buyer" will include any household member using the Equipment. 2. All of Seller's intellectual property including product design, materials, engineering design, trademarks, labels, product identification, artwork, and marketing materials remain the property of Seller. Buyer will not reproduce, reverse engineer, copy, modify the Equipment for personal use, gift, or sale. 3. Buyer fully understands and acknowledges that fitness activities have: Inherent risks, dangers, hazards, and such exist in Buyer's use of the Equipment. Buyer's use of the Equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to, bodily harm, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability. By using the Equipment, Buyer hereby assumes all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages. 4. Buyer, on behalf of him or herself, his or her personal representatives and heirs, hereby voluntarily releases, waives, discharges, holds harmless, defends, and agrees to indemnify Seller and its owners, officers, directors, representatives, and employees, from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death which may arise out of the use of the Equipment.

Which weight should I start with?
If you are new to loaded training, start at 15 or 25 lb and add the plate kit as you progress. Most people who already train pick the 40 lb, which is the weight the original block was built to replace.
Are the boxes different sizes?
No. All four share the same footprint, modeled on a standard cinder block. Only the load changes, so a program written for one works on all of them.
How does the plate kit work?
Ten 2 lb plates load onto the threaded internal rods and lock with spring clamps. That is twenty pounds of adjustment, so one box covers several levels of training.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes — fields, sand, dirt and grass are exactly what it was built for. Concrete works too, though dragging it across concrete will scratch the finish over time.
How long does an order take?
Boxes are kept in stock, and most orders leave our warehouse within two to three business days, shipping anywhere in the country.
